Hello, Lovelies!
It’s cold outside so you know I haven’t done much walking. My exercise has moved to indoors, aside from that I work from home so I don’t do much traveling in and out of work. It’s easy to put back on the 20 pounds but I’m determined to keep my slim figure. To learn more about what I’m doing to stay in shape, let’s go in-depth with Franchy’s beautiful weight loss. I wanted to share tips and give insights on my very own experiences. Our Franchy beauty shouldn’t only be determined by the shape of our body we all are beautiful.
Yes, we all are beautiful there is no such thing as the perfect size. I’m currently 145 pounds, 5’5 and I used to be 173, 5’5 I’ve lost a total of 28 pounds and I’m so proud of myself. It took a lot of hard work and consistency to get to where I’m today. I’ve learned an important lesson which is that my weight is my business. When I put on the weight a lot of people went out of their way to give their opinions about my weight gain. Since I’ve lost the weight not that many people gave me compliments on my frantastic transformation. Why are we so negative and wish to bring people down?
Well, I’m not negative and want to bring people up. I hope my beautiful pictures have had a good impact on your life. I’m much more than just a pretty face. I have hopes and dreams and I want to achieve all that my heart desires. This blog post is about my journey of hope and dream to love and accept my body. Perhaps my story can help you with any self-esteem issue you may be facing. Additionally, I also have a website dedicated to my weight loss journey and it is called Looking great at your weight .
With that said I will continue this discussion on another article as I can explain it better. I always want to give the most beneficial information which always takes time thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or wanted to suggest a topic you want me to discuss leave your lovely thoughts below in the comment section. I hope you enjoy the rest of your week. I wish you many blessings as always, Franchy.
